“The service from Expand is unmatched,” says Jacob. “I can call [Senior Applications Engineer] Ken Ruyle day or night, and he’ll pick up the phone. I can call our technician for any mechanical issues we’re having. There’s no wait time. If we have an issue, Expand is there to work with us immediately.”
